When thinking of an approach towards discipleship, we often gravitate to a step approach. However, our own path of faith tends to be more mosaic, so it makes sense that our approach toward making disciples be similar. Mosaic is an artistic term referring to a design made up of smaller, disparate elements that come together to form something greater than the sum of its parts. Life is like that. So is discipleship.
