Today we gather to confess our faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, just as Martin Luther did in 1517 when he nailed the 95 Theses to the door of the Wittenberg Castle Church. Luther continued to teach and preach this confession, just as we do every week in worship. Today is especially important, as we gather together with fellow believers from many generations who were Confirmed at Immanuel, as we continue to celebrate our 150 Year Anniversary. May we make that same good confession of faith today as we are reunited together through Christ alone!
