Do you even know me? This question is often said out of frustration when someone feels
misunderstood. Have you ever felt misunderstood by someone, and feel like people really
don’t truly know you? Jesus showed Nathanael that he truly did know him before Philip
told Nathanael that he found Jesus, the One spoken by Moses and the Prophets. The
young boy, Samuel found out that the Lord knew Him by name as God called him by name
in the temple. David wrote in Psalm 139 how the Lord knows him so deeply, and there is
